Getting That Beach Body!!!

Only six more weeks till we leave for Mexico!!!  This whole past year I have focused on nothing but racing which means I've gained a few pounds.  So now I'm focusing on toning up and doing short interval runs. I just became a BeachBody coach and did the #3DayRefresh and the #21DayFix. I'm also doing strength training using weights and resistance. So far so good except I'm feeling some very sore muscles!!!!!  But no pain, no gain right?!?!
