Life is crazy!!

Life has been quite hectic lately. Seems I go from 5am till 10pm every day. In these hours I'm working, driving, exercising, cooking, cleaning , golfing, and hanging out with friends.  Since I have a month in between half marathon races I've decided to scale back on my long runs for a few weeks and focus on strength training and speed work. Racing 5Ks and 10Ks. This little hiatus from long distance running is occurring at the exact right time.....the hottest part of the summer so far.

Heading to Branson this weekend where I will be racing a 5k. I'm trying to set a goal for myself and get a sub-25.  Wish me luck!!!
